Therapeutic yoga is an adaptive, evidence-informed approach that meets you where you are. Practice may include movement, breathwork, and meditation, integrated in a way that supports your individual needs, experience, and goals.

This work is grounded in the understanding that you already have what you need within you. The practice becomes a way to access, support, and restore balance across the physical body, nervous system, and mind.


Ways to Practice

1:1 Therapeutic Yoga

Private sessions designed around your individual needs begin with a personalized intake, followed by a tailored practice that evolves over time. Practice may support stress regulation, mental health, recovery, or a return to balance through consistent, guided sessions.

Small Group Therapeutic Yoga

Small groups (4–8 participants) offer a supportive environment to practice with others while still receiving individualized guidance. Sessions are structured to maintain accessibility while allowing space for personal adaptation.

Founder and Lead Teacher Trainer

With decades of global teaching experience and a deep commitment to therapeutic, trauma-informed yoga, I have dedicated my work to supporting others through movement, breath, and an evidence-informed approach to practice. After earning a Master’s degree from the Clinton School of Public Service at the age of 55, I set out to bridge the gap between modern medicine and the ancient wisdom of yoga.

Through Whole Health Yoga, I mentor service-oriented yoga teachers and therapists while offering individualized online sessions and guiding retreats that support personal practice, rest, and renewal through an integrated approach to yoga.
