How to Begin
We’ll begin by learning a little more about you—please complete your intake questionnaire so we can tailor your experience to your needs. Next is your free consultation—a chance to talk through your goals, ask questions, and find the group class that fits your needs. You then choose from flexible membership options or class passes, designed to fit your lifestyle and level of commitment. After these initial steps, you gain access to weekly live streamed classes and pre- recorded small-group classes from the comfort of your home.

Our small group yoga classes are specific to condition or disorder, such as anxiety, chronic back pain, or menopause, which means each session is intentionally crafted to address your unique physical and emotional needs. Throughout the classes, you enjoy continued care with optional one-on-one check-ins and personalized practice tips to deepen your healing journey.
WHY requires periodic 1:1 support for your well-being and the most beneficial experience. During your discovery call we will discuss how often based on your personal needs. A 30-minute 1:1 session every 8-12 weeks is most often recommended.
Who Are Group Yoga Sessions For
These group yoga classes are for anyone 18 and older ready to prioritize their well-being and adopt a whole health lifestyle. They're ideal for those navigating chronic stress, anxiety, depression, or physical conditions such as menopause, high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, or back pain. Whether you're starting fresh or deepening your journey, you’ll find support, community, and healing. No prior yoga experience is required, just a willingness to begin.

Wendy is a globally experienced yoga teacher and trainer with a master's from the Clinton School of Public Service, where she focused on integrating modern science with ancient yoga wisdom. Her mission is to build a professional community that bridges medical science and therapeutic yoga to support healing in every dimension of the human experience.
