How Small-Group Therapeutic Yoga Sessions Work
Participation in small-group therapeutic yoga sessions begins with a brief intake process so we can understand your health history, goals, and current concerns. This helps ensure that the group setting is appropriate for your needs and that you are placed in a group aligned with your focus area.
After submitting the intake form, you will schedule a short consultation to discuss your goals, ask questions, and determine which small-group session may be the best fit.
Once these steps are complete, you will be invited to participate in online small-group therapeutic yoga sessions offered through live-stream classes and guided session recordings.

Group Classes & Receive Ongoing Support
Small-group sessions focus on women’s shared health concerns or life transitions such as general anxiety, perimenopause, menopause, fatigue, breast cancer, or irregular sleep patterns. Each group is intentionally designed to support both physical and emotional well-being through guided therapeutic yoga practices.
Participants may also receive optional one-on-one check-ins and personalized practice guidance to support continued progress.
To maintain individualized support, periodic one-on-one sessions are recommended. A brief 30-minute private session every 8–12 weeks is commonly suggested, although frequency may vary depending on individual needs and goals.
