How Small-Group Therapeutic Yoga Sessions Work

After submitting the intake form, you will schedule a short consultation to discuss your goals, ask questions, and determine which small-group session may be the best fit.

Small-group sessions focus on shared health concerns or life transitions such as anxiety, chronic back discomfort, menopause, fatigue, or irregular sleep patterns. Each group is intentionally designed to support both physical and emotional well-being through guided therapeutic yoga practices.

Participants may also receive optional one-on-one check-ins and personalized practice guidance to support continued progress.

To maintain individualized support, periodic one-on-one sessions are recommended. A brief 30-minute private session every 8–12 weeks is commonly suggested, although frequency may vary depending on individual needs and goals.
