With decades of global teaching experience and a deep commitment to therapeutic yoga, I’ve dedicated my life to helping others heal through movement, breath, and science. After earning a Master’s degree from the Clinton School of Public Service at 55, I set out to bridge the gap between modern medicine and ancient yoga wisdom, empowering career-oriented yoga teachers and therapists to become agents of whole-person healing. Whole Health Yoga is the beginning of a growing community devoted to restoring balance across all dimensions of the human experience.
